Please, only in case of full advance payment of the entire amount to the seller’s account, the artwork can be sent to the recipient.

We will provide payment details with full price after your request by e-mail. Please send us a copy of the receipt after payment. In the same message, please specify the full address, full name – all data for sending the picture by delivery services, DHL(preferred) or FedEx.

We do not refund the payment if the painting has already been sent.

After shipment, the delivery company and the buyer are fully responsible for the safety of the picture and its safe shipment in the appropriate packaging and specified services DHL, FedEx with appropriate insurance coverage.

Dear our buyers, after making a purchase, we will be happy to pay you a light furshet for two in the form of a compliment in the amount of a certain sum. 

Delivery is carried out by delivery services DHL(preferred), FedEx, – all over the world.

Delivery can also be carried out by courier services that deliver mail “from door to door”.

At the request of the buyer, sending is possible by other postal services, as well as by self-delivery.

Delivery takes place only at the buyer’s expense.

To send the painting, the seller will prepare all relevant documents and photos, including the export permit given by the cultural expert, a description of the state of the painting and all its characteristics, as well as of the technique of execution. They can include the video of packaging of paintings, photos of front view, back and side panels, as well as parts of the picture at a very close distance, so you can see the technique and that picture is not a print.

Therefore, the paintings are not subject to refund.
