For this there is a special form, in the right menu of the site, ask a question (click on the button) BUYING. Here you can ask all questions regarding the specific purchase of paintings. Are they on sale? Are they for sale on a website or at an auction? And other typical questions. We will be happy to inform you about this. Also, if you want to purchase a painting on the site, you should find out in the same form whether it is still on sale and whether you can purchase it, because if there are several applications for it, it will be placed at the auction, or sold at the opinion of the author herself.
For all other questions, in the right menu, there is a form to ask a question (click on the button) OTHER.
FOR BUYING ON THE SITE and purchasing originals and prints, there is a special order form, (click on the button) buy ON THE SITE It is located in the PAYMENT / DELIVERY / REFUND sections, as well as in CONTACT US, in the left menu.
For settlements at the auction (buying a ticket, paintings, for current and final bids) there is a single form in the AUCTION section (click on the buttons) TICKET or ITEM.
And also you can open the order form on the AUCTION by clicking on the AUCTION button in the PAYMENT / DELIVERY / REFUND sections and in the CONTACT US section.
Step 1. The participant must buy a ticket for 20 EURO. To do this, you enter (by clicking on the button) to buy a TICKET at the auction. Fill out the form completely, and also indicate which paintings you are interested in. You can also write your comments in the same form in the section below. Send it to us. And we will send you the seller details for payment.
You can pay in US $, the indicated amount at the exchange rate, 100 EURO = 117.16 US $
When you pay for the ticket, please send in your email a copy of the receipt confirming the payment and your first and last name.
Step 2. When we receive your confirmation email, we will send you your bidder number. We kindly ask each participant so that your information is not lost, write only with the email that you specified in the form.
Step 3. For each new bid, which you will do in the future, you must use the same order form in which you ordered the ticket. Only now please indicate there the ticket number and all the data that must be specified.
Step 4. At the end of the auction, the next day, the results and winners’ numbers will be published. If this is your number, we will inform you in a letter that you can proceed to pay for the purchase, and we will again send you all the payment details there.
Step 5. In the section PAYMENT / DELIVERY / REFUND, you can find out about our terms of purchase and sale of paintings. If you agree, we can complete the transaction.
Step 6. The registration usually takes several working days. We will send the list of documents and certificates and their copies in the parcel, along with the painting, as well as photographs of the painting itself, certified by an expert at the Ministry of Culture.
Step 7. After completing the transaction, we will be happy to congratulate you with a buffet for two, which we will gladly pay for.
For any payment, the auction participant or simply the buyer must report payment by letter and attach a photo of the receipt or an electronic copy of it and indicate what the payment was made for, including payment for participation in the auction. If the seller is not satisfied with the course of the auction, she has the right to remove this painting from the auction and sell it also at her own opinion.
If a certain amount has already been offered in the auction, other participants cannot offer the same, but only can make higher bids.
If at the end of the auction you could not buy the original, you can always purchase a printed copy of the painting you like.
In each letter in the COMMENTS section, you can leave your wishes or questions.

Просим вас обращаться по вопросам покупки выбранных вами картин на сайте или на аукционе только по адресу welcometoaac@gmail.com.
Для этого существует специальная форма, которая вызывается кликом по кнопке КУПИТЬ в правом меню сайта “Задать вопрос”. Здесь вы можете задавать все вопросы, касающиеся конкретно приобретения картин, есть ли они в продаже? Они в продаже на сайте или на аукционе? И другие типичные вопросы. Мы с радостью вас проинформируем об этом. Так же, если вы захотите приобрести картину на сайте, вы в этой же форме должны узнать, находится ли она еще в продаже и можете ли вы ее приобрести, т.к. если на нее будет несколько заявок, она будет размещена на аукционе, либо продана по усмотрению самого автора.
По всем другим вопросам, в правом меню, есть кнопка ДРУГОЙ.
Для покупок на сайте и приобретения оригиналов и принтов есть специальная форма заказов. Она находится в разделах ОПЛАТА / ДОСТАВКА / ВОЗВРАТ, а также в КОНТАКТЫ.
Для расчетов на аукционе ( покупка билета , картин, для текущих и финальных ставок) есть единая форма в разделе АУКЦИОН ( кликнуть по кнопкам) БИЛЕТ или КАРТИНА.
А также вы можете открыть форму заказа на АУКЦИОНЕ кликнув на кнопку АУКЦИОН в разделах ОПЛАТА / ДОСТАВКА / ВОЗВРАТ в разделе КОНТАКТЫ.
Шаг 1. Участник должен купить билет стоимостью 20 ЕВРО. Для этого на странице Аукциона кликните на кнопку БИЛЕТ. Заполните полностью форму, а так же укажите какие картины вас заинтересовали. Так же вы можете написать свои комментарии в этой же форме в секции ниже. Отправляете ее нам. И мы пришлем вам реквизиты продавца для оплаты.
Вы можете оплатить в $США, указанную сумму по курсу валют, 100 ЕВРО = 117,16 $США
Когда вы оплатите билет, пришлите пожалуйста в вашем email копию квитанции подтверждающей оплату и укажите там же № участника, и ваши имя и фамилию.
Шаг 2. Когда мы получим ваш email с подтверждением об оплате билета, мы вышлем вам ваш номер участника аукциона. Убедительная просьба к каждому участнику, чтобы ваша информация не затерялась, пишите только с email, который вы указали в форме.
Шаг 3. При каждой новой ставке, что вы будете делать в дальнейшем, вы должны использовать ту же форму заказа, в которой заказывали билет. Только теперь пожалуйста указывайте там же номер билета и все данные, которые обязательно нужно указать.
Шаг 4. По окончании аукциона, на следующий день, будут опубликованы результаты и номера победителей. Если это будет ваш номер, мы сообщим вам в письме, что вы можете приступать к оплате покупки, там же мы опять вышлем вам все реквизиты для оплаты.
Шаг 5. В разделе ОПЛАТА / ДОСТАВКА / ВОЗВРАТ, вы можете узнать о наших условиях купли-продажи картин. Если вы согласны, мы можем оформлять сделку.
Шаг 6. На оформление уходит, как правило, несколько рабочих дней. Перечень документов, сертификаты и их копии мы вышлем в посылке, а также фотографии самой картины выданные экспертом в министерстве Культуры.
Шаг 7. После совершения сделки, мы с большим удовольствием поздравим вас фуршетом на двоих, который мы с радостью оплатим.
Для любого платежа участник аукциона или просто покупатель должен сообщить об оплате письмом и прикрепить фотографию квитанции или ее электронную копию и указать, за что была произведена оплата, включая оплату за участие в аукционе. Если продавец не удовлетворен ходом аукциона, он имеет право снять эту картину с аукциона и продать его также по своему усмотрению.
Если определенная сумма в аукционе уже предложена, другие участники не могут предложить такую же, а только могут делать более высокие ставки. Если по окончании аукциона вы не смогли купить оригинал, вы всегда можете приобрести печатную копию понравившейся картины. В каждом письме в разделе *Комментарии*, вы можете оставить свои пожелания или вопросы.
